From the convenience of your home or wherever you may roam, you'll have 24 hour access that's secure, confidential and easy to use, access your accounts and conduct many of your routine transactons from a touch-tone phone, all on your own time.

Once you've submitted your registration form and secured your Personal Identification Numer (PIN) you'll find many of the conveniences of traditional banking at your fingertips.

To access IBL's Tele-Access service

  • Dial 665-4425 ext. 2
  • Press 1 to access Accounts & Transactions
  • Enter your Tele-Access Personal Identification Number
  • Select the operation you require, including:
    • Account Balances Information
    • Transaction History
    • Search for a specific transaction
    • Transfer funds between accounts
    • Loan or Line of Credit payments

  • Press 1 to access Acccounts & Transactions
  • Press 2 for information about IBL Services
  • Press 3 for Current Exchange Rates
  • Press 4 to change your Tele-Access Personal Identification code
  • Press 5 for information on Branch Hours and Locations
