Opening a Personal Account with IBL

Summary of documentation required to open account:

1. Two forms of identification
2. Two utility bills reflecting the same address
3. Recent payslip (valid six months) or a job letter

Identification Requirements

• Valid Driver’s Permit
• Valid Passport
• Valid National Identification Card
• Birth Certificate or any similar document

For individuals under the age of 17 years who may not possess any of the above items of identification, kindly present the individual’s Birth certificate along with a parent/guardian's identification document.

Address Validations

The address can be confirmed by at least two (2) of the following documents/person(s) or action:

• Driver’s Permit
• Utility bills

Note: P.O. Box Number will not be accepted as an address.

Income

• Financial/bank statement for the past three years for self-employed persons
• Salary/Pay slips
