Letter on Company Letterhead:

• Stating the Company's intention to open account at Intercommercial Bank Limited (IBL)
• Stating signing authority on account
• Signed by all Directors noted on the Notice of Directors

Two (2) forms of identification of all Directors and Secretary and signatories

Documents to be provided – Registered after 1995:

• Form 1 - Articles of Incorporation
• Form 3 - Certificate of Incorporation
• Form 4 - Notice of Address of Registered Office
• Form 8- Notice of Directors
• Form 27 - Notice of Secretary or Change
• Form 31 - Declaration of Compliance for Purposes of Incorporation of Company
• Form 28 - Annual Return of Company for Profit Incorporate continued or Amalgamated under the Act. (To be taken for companies operating over one (1) year.
• Company by Laws
• One Utility bill verifying mailing address
• Three Months Bank Statements

• Form28 – Annual Return of Company for Profit Incorporate continued or Amalgamated under the Act. (To be taken for companies operating over one (1) year.
